Editorial decisions are made by our editors. Advertisers, brands and affiliate partners cannot buy a recommendation, a ranking or a positive review.
How we research
Each guide starts with a real question people ask. We review how garments are constructed, how fabrics behave and what fit experts advise, then we compare options against the same criteria.
How we test
Where we recommend a product we describe how it was tried and what we found, including weaknesses. If we have not tested something, we say so.
Accuracy and updates
Every guide shows when it was last updated. We review high-traffic guides regularly and refresh them when products, fits or advice change.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, tell us. We correct errors promptly and note significant changes at the top of the guide.
Use of tools
We may use software to help with research or editing. Every published guide is reviewed by a person who is accountable for it.
